We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our Process Control Department. Process Control is the department responsible for a variety of internal verification processes such as audits and new business onboarding, as well as the maintenance of documents related to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an analytical role, in a corporate environment
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, with excel skills at an intermediate level (data entry, formulas, vlookups, macros)
• Demonstrates strong documentation and writing skills
• Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Highly developed analytical thinking abilities, with the ability to find problems and resolve them
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborative spirit and a high level of integrity
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a cross-functional team

Responsibilities:

• Organizes, analyzes, and disseminates information in great detail and accuracy
• Ensures the requirements meet quality standards and align with real business needs
• Inputs all applicable data into the necessary systems with exceptional accuracy
• Research and investigate workflows, identify problems and improvement opportunities, and assist in finding and implementing solutions
• Develop written documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams for operational change and process improvement initiatives
• Clearly articulate written information with excellent spelling and grammar
